The Convention Centre (Centre des Congrès) hosts more than 200 events each year: conventions, symposiums and congresses with 100 to 700 participants, as well as trade fairs and professional or private events.
Designed by the French architect Claude Vasconi.
Easy to get to from the A4 and A6 motorways and situated right in the city centre near hotels, restaurants and shops in the pedestrian precinct.
It adjoins the 5-hectare Patte d'Oie park.
The RCC centre (Reims Champagne Congrès), with its logical and visual space planning, is a fine example of highly functional architecture:
- 2 lecture halls with seating for 720 and 350 people,
- 13 modular committee rooms for 20 to 180 people,
- 1 modular exhibition area of 2,500 sq metres
- 2 restaurant areas with a total capacity of 1,000 covers (catering service), bar, underground car park for 228 vehicles
