Organised by Reims city authority, the Forum des Associations is held every other year; in alternate years, it is the turn of the Rencontres Associatives.
During this two-day forum, local clubs and associations present their activities and can also organise activities on two different podiums (music, dance, theatre, etc.).
An entire hall is given over to sports clubs and associations (activities and stands).
The Forum des Associations is restricted to clubs and associations based in the Reims area or national ones with a local branch in Reims. Participation is free of charge.
